Welcome to Inside Marrakech. By booking a tour, activity, or excursion with us, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before making any reservation.
1. Our Services
Inside Marrakech specializes in authentic experiences and activities in Marrakech and its surroundings, including but not limited to:
- Marrakech Historical City Tours
- Shopping Tours of the Souks
- Food Tasting Tours
- Arts & Craft Workshops (pottery, painting, perfumery)
- Cooking Classes
- Hot Air Balloon Experiences
- Day Trips & Excursions (Agafay Desert, Essaouira, Imlil, Ourika Valley)…
2. Bookings & Payments
- At Inside Marrakech, booking your adventure is simple and risk-free:
- Book Now, Pay Later: You can reserve your tour or activity without any upfront payment.
- Confirmation Deposit: Once your booking is confirmed, we will request a 30% deposit to secure your spot.
- Pay the Balance on the Day: The remaining balance is paid directly on the day of your tour or activity.
- This way, you can plan your Marrakech experience with peace of mind and flexibility.
3. Cancellations & Refunds
- Customer Cancellations:
- Cancellations made 30 days or more before the activity date: Full refund – Processing fee.
- Cancellations made 30-20 days before the activity date: 50% refund.
- Cancellations made less than 20 days before the activity date: No refund.
- Company Cancellations:
- If Inside Marrakech cancels due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., extreme weather, safety concerns), a full refund or rescheduling option will be offered.
4. Changes to Bookings
- Date or activity changes are subject to availability.
- Requests to change must be made at least 7 days before the scheduled activity.
5. Health & Safety
- Guests are responsible for ensuring they are physically fit to participate in the chosen activity.
- Please inform us of any medical conditions, dietary requirements, or allergies at the time of booking.
- For activities such as camel rides, ATV adventures, and hot air balloon flights, safety instructions must be followed at all times.
6. Travel Insurance
- We strongly recommend that all guests purchase comprehensive travel insurance that covers medical expenses, personal accidents, cancellations, and personal belongings.
7. Liability
- Inside Marrakech and its partners take all reasonable care to ensure your safety.
- We are not responsible for any loss, injury, damage, delay, or inconvenience caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to accidents, weather conditions, or third-party service providers.
8. Children Policy
- Children under [insert age, e.g. 12 years] must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
- Age restrictions may apply to certain activities (e.g., ATVs, hot air balloons).
9. Governing Law
- These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Morocco.
- Any disputes will be handled under the jurisdiction of Moroccan courts.
